About Me

I started my culinary journey as a dishwasher at fifteen years of age and later attended trade school at Rockland Boces, followed by Johnson & Wales. Over the past twelve years I had the pleasure of working in diverse locations such as Denver, Providence , Brooklyn, Manhattan, Nantucket, Rockland and Westchester County.

Throughout my career, I’ve explored a range of cuisines - including Vegetarian, Japanese, Italian, New American, Greek and French.
